Can I pay with credit card?

Yes, I use Square Payment and all methods accepted.

What happens if I cancel my appointment?

If you cancel within less than 24 hours you will be charged 50% of your appointment cost. Credit cards are mandatory when booking. If you cancel more than once you will be required to email me directly to book your appointment.

Where are you located?

660 Queen St W, Second Floor to the left

Where can I park?

Parking around the salon is a little tricky. You can park for an hour on most side streets. Richmond street allows for all day if you can find a spot. You can park on Queen St and pay Green P pricing but be aware of the time allowance both on the machine and on the street parking signs. There is a public lot under the Shoppers Drug Mart on King and Tecumseh. It seems to have good pricing for Saturdays but I am not sure about the rest of the week. Give yourself some time to find a spot or TTC and get off right at Palmerston!

Can I bring someone with me to my appointment?

The studio is very small and intimate. I ask that you come alone, although there is one extra chair just outside of the suite, if you do want to bring someone with you.

Can I bring my dog?

Sure as long as it is well behaved and not a very large pooch. The salon is quite small so not a lot of extra space to have a dog in there with us.

Do you provide all services?

Yes, anywhere from short fade haircuts to bridal updos. I provide all hair services to everyone!
