How can I pay for my sevice?I use Square Payment and all methods are accepted. Cash is welcome but I don’t keep change in the salon.
What happens if I cancel my appointment?Life happens, I get it! If you cancel within less than 24 hours you will be charged 50% of your appointment cost. Credit cards are mandatory when booking.
What happens if I don't show up?When an appointment is missed without notice, the full cost of the scheduled service will be charged. Thank you for understanding and respecting my time.
Can I bring someone to my appointment with me?The studio is very small and intimate. I ask that you come alone, although there is one extra chair just outside of the suite, if you do want to bring someone with you..
Where can I park?Parking around the salon is a little tricky. You can park for an hour on most side streets. Richmond street allows for all day if you can find a spot. You can park on Queen St and pay Green P pricing but be aware of the time allowance both on the machine and on the street parking signs. There is a public lot under the Shoppers Drug Mart on King and Tecumseth. Give yourself some time to find a spot or TTC and get off right at Palmerston!
Can I bring my dog?Sure as long as he or she is well behaved and not a very large pooch. The salon is quite small so not a lot of extra space to have a dog in there with us.
