HOW ARE YOU?
Really though, how are you? How many times do we ask or are we asked that question and the answer is always “fine” or “great”? I know I certainly say those things. Although more often lately I have been trying to be truthful and the answer is usually “tired”. The hustle and bustle is real!!
July was a busy month filled with hair, movement and summer activities. I was able to head north to visit my mom and stepdad and have a lovely trip to a cottage with some gal pals in Muskoka.
As we navigate half way through August, are you finding time for yourself? Be sure to take a moment, and a couple of deep breaths, listen to the crickets and enjoy the lovely weather and sunsets. They days may be getting shorter, but there is a LOT of summer left.

As we enter the shorter days and Autumn is around the corner, I have adjusted my schedule a little while still having evening, morning and full Saturday appointment availability. Please book your appointments soon! Dare I say, time flies and as we get closer to the shorter months, the spots will fill up.
