CAN YOU FEEL THE SHIFT?
September brings a shift in the air! For many it is a second new start to a year, adjusting to the kids being back at school, preparing for Autumn and all that comes with it and embracing the shorter days. But summer is NOT OVER!!! We still have a few weeks left. It is still nice and warm out! The bees are still buzzing! Get outside and enjoy it!
August was a big month for me. My stepfather passed away at 81. A long life lived and by the end he was quite unwell so as much as we miss him ,we are grateful for his ease. Being with him as he passed has definitely put a shift in my perspective in life! It goes by quickly so let’s all embrace the ones we love, enjoy the time we have and take GOOD care of ourselves!
I also caught a nasty virus that stole by voice for over a week but I am on the mend and getting back into routines! Few….

HIDEAWAY HOURS
Sunday Sunday Sunday! I have never worked in a salon on a Sunday…but guess what…we are giving it a whirl! I teach fitness in the am and pm so why not fill up the gap with some hair/reiki/cupping fun!! Day of rest = self care!!
As we move closer to the end of the year ( I know…I know…) hours will be added and/or shifted. Need to book your end of year ( aka holiday eeeep) appointments? My schedule is open and fills up quickly! Be sure to book asap!
