HAPPY SUMMER!
BETTER LATE THEN NEVER
Are you like me and sense time going by SO quickly? How is it almost the end of July. Time flies when you’re having fun?
I am a little late on the June round up. July has been a busy month of downtime and deregulating. I took a couple of weeks off of all of the things to visit my hometown to spend time with family and longtime friends, and then a few days in Muskoka with some city pals to bask in lakefront cottage vibes and a little smokey air!
June was a lovely month of movement classes and salon days! Things are picking up at the Hideaway and I am so grateful to all of you! Lots of hair was done! And don’t forget, it’s not just hair at the suite, I offer calming Reiki and relaxing cupping services. Feel free to reach out if you are curious about either of those modalities!

PARK YOGA THIS SUNDAY
