Designed to build confidence in Flow classes, this workshop offers a clear, approachable breakdown of what Flow yoga is and how it supports balance alongside other movement modalities. You’ll explore the key structure of a Flow class- from grounding and breathwork to sun salutations, standing and balancing poses, backbends, gentle inversions, and final rest, while learning the purpose behind each element. We’ll break down sun salutations and chaturanga with accessible options, address common yoga misconceptions, and close with a 30-minute condensed Flow class leaving you feeling confident, connected, and empowered to move with intention.
